Welcome to the Legal Info Exchange

This is the first entry to get the Exchange going.

It seems to me that there's a lot going on that one never hears about.

This is an attempt to avoid defacto restrictions on the expression of opinion - typical of official publications.

    John Kerr is long dead. Jim Mclelland is also dead. Now Laurie Short is also now dead. But so are the Moscow Communists whom they fought in the local unions. See http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,25239802-29277,00.html
